TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ORDERS & PAYMENT

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Payment is processed at checkout. All prices are shown in Barbados Dollars (BBD).

2. PROHIVE RESERVE (FLEXIBLE PAYMENT)

ProHive Reserve lets you secure an item with a reservation deposit and pay the balance over time.

Eligible items. ProHive Reserve is available on our suits and suit + glove bundles. Gloves purchased on their own are not available on ProHive Reserve.

Deposit. A reservation deposit is required to secure your item and is applied toward the purchase price. Deposits are $100 for the Triple Layer Mesh Suit and the Triple Layer Mesh Suit + Gloves bundle, and $75 for the 3D Air Mesh Suit and the 3D Air Mesh Suit + Gloves bundle.

Non-refundable portion. Of each reservation deposit, $25 is non-refundable. The remainder is credited toward your purchase, or refunded to you if we are unable to fulfil your order.

Balance and schedule. The balance is payable in monthly instalments over 60 or 90 days, as agreed at the time of reservation. No interest is charged.

Holding period. Reserved items are held specifically for you for the duration of the agreed plan and will not be sold to another customer during that period.

Release of goods. Your item is released to you once the balance has been paid in full. Title and risk pass to you on collection or delivery.

Cancellation and default. If you cancel, or fail to complete payments within the agreed schedule, the non-refundable portion of the reservation deposit is forfeited. Any amount paid above the non-refundable portion will be refunded or, at your option, credited against a future purchase.

Confirmation. A reservation is only confirmed once we have received your deposit. Submitting a reservation request does not by itself reserve stock.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of full payment. Delivery times vary by destination.

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unworn items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us to arrange a return or size exchange. Items purchased through ProHive Reserve are subject to the same returns policy once released, but the non-refundable portion of the reservation deposit is not returned where a plan has been cancelled.

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to display product colours and specifications accurately. Protective equipment reduces but does not eliminate the risk of stings. Always exercise appropriate care when working with bees.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProHive Armour shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products.
