1. ORDERS & PAYMENT

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Payment is processed at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unworn items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us via the Contact page to arrange a return or size exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to display product colours and specifications accurately. Slight variations may occur. Protective equipment reduces but does not eliminate the risk of stings — always exercise care when working with bees.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProHive Armor shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
